My heart is breaking for you and for all of us MTIers as we go through these transitions. I type this through tears - I'm on the verge of sobbing right now, and I often find myself tearing up as I read our MTI emails. It is so good to share this simultaneous joy and sadness with you and everyone else. So yes, my heart breaks, but it also rejoices. As the old dies, something new is being born. Oh, I love you guys! My heart is breaking for you and for all of us MTIers as we go through these transitions. Hi guys, This Scripture came to me as I was reading your post: “I tell you the truth,” Jesus replied, “no one who has left home or brothers or sisters or mother or father or children or fields for me and the gospel will fail to receive a hundred times as much in this present age (homes, brothers, sisters, mothers, children and fields — and with them, persecutions) and in the age to come, eternal life. But many who are first will be last, and the last first” (Mark 10:29-31). Lord Jesus, I pray for the 100-fold blessing that You promised Your servants. Even as the Pierces have turned their backs on the things of this world, I pray that You would bless them in abundance. Father, let them see again and again Your faithfulness to them. Strengthen them for the days ahead. Let Your peace which surpasses all understanding guard their hearts and minds in Christ Jesus. Lord, I pray especially for the children that You would give them a unique revelation of Yourself. Jesus, You insisted that the little children come to You because the Kingdom of God belongs to such as those. Show Naomi and Quinn the Kingdom, Lord.
